Case Study: ITV achieves rapid, enterprise-wide supplier risk management with Prevalent

A Prevalent Case Study

How ITV Efficiently Manages Supplier Risk Across Its Enterprise

ITV, a UK free-to-air television network, faced a growing supplier-risk problem: more than 400 third-party entities supporting content and broadcast chains were being assessed via manual, spreadsheet-based processes that took weeks per entity and provided no single, consistent view of supplier risk. To modernize and simplify TPRM, ITV selected Prevalent and its Prevalentâ„¢ Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Platform.

Prevalent implemented its TPRM Platform to automate tailored questionnaires, provide out-of-the-box workflow and remediation guidance, map supplier dependencies, and deliver threat notifications and clear risk reports for non-technical stakeholders. As a result, ITV cut assessment time from weeks to no more than a couple of hours per entity, sped up supplier onboarding, expanded visibility into operational risks, and drove business units to proactively engage—delivering clear time and risk-reduction ROI for ITV.
