The Graphic Arts Department at the East Baton Rouge Public School System needed a better way to manage a rapidly growing, on-demand print operation. Orders were coming in through multiple channels, job volumes were rising, and the shop needed a simpler ordering process, fewer manual touches, and better visibility into production. By implementing PressWise, the Graphic Arts Department centralized job tracking, created unlimited custom storefronts for schools and departments, and streamlined ordering and production workflows. With PressWise, they grew to more than a million digital impressions per month, expanded services and facilities, and became the largest governmental print shop in the state without significantly increasing staff or costs; they still operated with the same 8 employees. PressWise also helped eliminate outdated form waste, turning one customer and 16 jobs into 90 customers and 900 individual print jobs.
