How a Major Bank Used Branded Content to Make New Immigrants Feel Welcome

TD, one of Canada’s five big banks, wanted to make new immigrants feel welcome while promoting the range of products and services that could help ease their transition to life in Canada. The bank needed a marketing campaign that would connect with recent immigrants and show that TD was there to help them.

Pressboard worked with TD to create and measure a branded content campaign featuring eight original custom stories, published natively across four leading national digital publications through the Pressboard platform. The content was tailored to resonate with newcomers and their families, and the campaign exceeded targets by generating more than $13,000 in free media value, over 42 seconds of average active engagement per reader, and more than 1.5K social engagements.
