Case Study: Woonbedrijf improves tenants’ quality of living with Presidion

A Presidion Case Study

Preview of the Woonbedrijf Case Study

Using IBM SPSS Software to Analyse Needs, Behaviour and Opinions Overview

Woonbedrijf, a Dutch housing corporation managing about 31,000 residences, wanted to become more customer-driven and gain better insight into the needs, opinions, and behavior of tenants and house-hunters. Using Presidion’s IBM SPSS-based analytics and text analysis capabilities, Woonbedrijf needed a way to analyze both large-scale quantitative data and open-ended feedback more efficiently.

Presidion helped Woonbedrijf quickly segment tenants and properties, analyze service requests, and mine survey comments, forum discussions, and website feedback for key themes. The results led to more transparent maintenance communications, new website features such as neighborhood information, floorplans, and a “call me back” option, and better service targeting. The measurable impact was faster analysis of large volumes of text, more effective handling of recurring issues, improved tenant satisfaction insight, and reduced cost and effort in research and analysis.
