Print and Marketing Services Provider Simplifies Collaboration and Customer Care

Vistaprint, a retail company with headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts and 22 offices worldwide, needed to keep a fast-growing global workforce connected while also improving customer care. As the company expanded from 10 to 22 sites between 2009 and 2012, it needed better ways for employees to collaborate across offices and for customers to reach the right agent quickly. Presidio was involved in integrating the customer database with the contact center.

Presidio helped support a Cisco-based communications environment that connected phones across multiple continents, added TelePresence and Cisco Jabber for collaboration, and used Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise to route callers to the first available skilled agent. The result was faster decision-making, better collaboration across offices, and an improved customer experience, with IT also gaining earlier awareness of issues that could affect communications quality.
