CC De Werf, a Belgian arts center in Aalst, needed a better way to manage its digital signage. Their old Flash-based system was slow, expensive, and produced static content, while they wanted to display live information about concerts, events, sponsors, and more. They turned to PresentationPoint, using DataPoint and iPoint to replace the outdated workflow.

PresentationPoint delivered a fully dynamic signage solution linked to a single data source and connected to Yesplan, enabling real-time updates for events, ticket availability, staffing, and other operational information. CC De Werf also integrated fire alarm triggers to automatically switch to an evacuation playlist. The result was full control over screen content and layouts, with no copy-paste errors or outdated information, across about 13 displays.
