Frisco Leads on Leave Compliance with Presagia

Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD), a fast-growing K-12 district in Texas with more than 7,000 employees and 64 campuses, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex employee leave requests. Its HR team was handling leave on spreadsheets across dozens of work calendars and lacked the time and expertise to keep up with changing leave laws and compliance requirements, prompting the district to seek a dedicated leave management system from Presagia.

Presagia implemented its cloud-based absence management solution, which automated leave workflows, generated the right forms and correspondence, integrated with Frisco ISD’s time and attendance system, and provided ongoing compliance guidance for FMLA, ADA, military, and state leave laws.
