Drexel University Uses Preqin Data to Develop Practical Learning in Alternative Investments

Drexel University, an academic institution in Philadelphia, wanted to move its finance and alternative investments courses beyond theory and toward more practical, research-led learning. Preqin provided institution-wide access to comprehensive alternatives data, helping Drexel integrate live market information into teaching and research. As a result, faculty could assign more realistic due diligence and financing scenarios, students became more engaged and better prepared for careers in alternatives, and the LeBow College of Business strengthened its connections with industry professionals and local firms.
