Ignitist, a Philadelphia-based insurance agency focused on Medicare and other life and health insurance products, needed help with level 1 lead generation to support its licensed closers and improve productivity. Premier BPO supported the customer’s Medicare lead generation and CRM needs by providing offshore fronters to qualify prospects and create warm transfers for the sales team.

Premier BPO implemented a custom web-based lead management portal using open-source technology to centralize lead tracking, automate transfer records, improve visibility, and provide reporting on conversions and source performance. The solution helped Premier BPO deliver over 75 warm transfers per day on average, exceeding expectations, and contributed to a planned ramp from 15 FTEs to 200 FTEs.
