CNH Industrial, a global machinery and equipment manufacturer, needed a more cost-effective way to manage its NOR (Notice of Revision) workload and clear a backlog of more than 4,000 TBD requests. To reduce labor costs while maintaining service levels, CNH Industrial partnered with Premier BPO to support its purchasing and engineering change processes using the GPP (Global Purchasing Platform) and related workflows.

Premier BPO moved the NOR process offshore and provided trained FTEs to handle supplier communication, engineering change documentation, contract updates, buyer routing, and system support in line with CNH Industrial’s procedures. The result was a scalable extended team that resolved six months of backlog, improved operational efficiency, and now processes over 13,500 requests per month for CNH Industrial.
