Andrex reaches 50k new families with Preloaded's GoTime app

The customer, Andrex, faced the challenge of helping children overcome anxiety and setbacks when transitioning from at-home potty training to using toilets in new, unfamiliar environments. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Preloaded to create a new module for their GoTime app.

Preloaded developed "GoTime: Out & About," an interactive playbook that uses role-play with a character named Bunny to familiarize children with different toilets and their mechanics. The solution featured new tactile interactions and a voice-over to promote independent play. The app was highly successful, achieving over 11,000 downloads and a 5-star iOS rating. Preloaded built the app on an extensible framework, allowing for future updates and new content.
