Andrex launches GoTime with Preloaded to support 80% of children who experience toilet-training setbacks

The customer, Andrex, faced a challenge with a national toilet training crisis, as the age at which children are potty trained had risen significantly. To help parents and caregivers, Andrex partnered with the vendor Preloaded to create an educational platform and digital product called the GoTime app.

Preloaded designed and built a playful, interactive storybook app featuring relatable characters to normalize toileting and support family bonding. The solution was developed on an extensible framework with input from child development experts and tested with families. The GoTime app is available on iOS and Android, providing parents with the tools to help children develop healthy habits for life.
