Rossmann, one of Europe’s largest drug store chains, wanted to make its webshop easier for customers who often buy multiple products at once. The company needed a way to improve upselling and reduce the number of 0-results pages caused by shoppers using different search terms than those used on the site. Prefixbox helped Rossmann address this challenge with its Related Searches and Synonym Management products.
By implementing Prefixbox’s Related Searches, Rossmann improved product discovery with suggestions for related products and keywords, helping shoppers navigate search dead ends and add more items to their cart. The results were strong: rossmann.hu saw a 6.16% increase in online revenue and a 6.76% increase in conversion rate. Rossmann ultimately fully adopted Prefixbox after the test showed a clear lift in performance and shopper satisfaction.
