Triumph, the lingerie and underwear retailer, wanted to recreate the personalized in-store bra fitting and advice experience online for shoppers who needed help choosing the right product. They partnered with preezie to provide guided shopping across their website and close the gap between offline expertise and the eCommerce journey.

preezie helped Triumph build six guided shopping journeys, including a Style Selector, using questions designed to mirror an in-store sales conversation. The results were strong: 83% of shoppers who started a journey completed it, conversions increased by 311%, and 23% of Triumph’s revenue was driven through preezie.
