Bayside Blades, Australia’s largest retailer of inline and roller skates with over 15,000 SKUs, was struggling to help customers navigate its vast product range online. Relying on search bars and filters left first-time and returning skaters overwhelmed, so Bayside Blades turned to preezie’s dynamic retail experience/guided shopping platform to replicate the in-store advice customers needed.

preezie implemented guided “journeys” (launched online and in-store) and an email capture feature that delivers quiz results to shoppers; the onboarding was completed in about four weeks and refined through collaboration with preezie’s Customer Success team. The results were dramatic: a 291% conversion uplift, a 42% increase in total revenue, 95% of journey starters converted to opportunities, and a 600% increase in email capture rates after adding the preezie-driven quiz/email workflow.
