PacSun, the California-based retailer of men’s and women’s fashion, wanted to meet changing customer expectations with a more engaging, personalized mobile shopping experience. To do that, it looked for a retail app that could offer useful services while still driving a strong return on investment.

PredictSpring developed PacSun’s mobile commerce app in 2017, adding features such as Instagram Shop-the-Look, loyalty integration, wishlists, a store locator, order history, push notifications, and geo-fenced notifications. Since partnering with PredictSpring, PacSun increased year-over-year app revenue by 45.8% between July 2016 and July 2017, and the app now sees around 150,000 downloads per month with a 4.7 rating on the Apple App Store and over 13,000 reviews.
