A PredictSpring Case Study
TSI Holdings worked with PredictSpring to create a mini-mall mobile app for Tokyo Style as part of its “Mobile First” strategy. The app was localized for the Japanese market and let customers shop six women’s wear brands, including Natural Beauty and Pinky & Dianne, on the iPhone.
PredictSpring built the app with auto log-ins using face and touch ID, barcode scanning for wish lists, an intuitive credit card scanner, and payment options for upfront or delivery payment. The app also connected to TSI’s loyalty program and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. TSI said the platform was “fast and robust” and expected the app’s speed to have a strong impact on sales, with four more apps planned with PredictSpring.
