Predictive Success implemented a solution where the PI® tools were integrated into the recruiting process, providing hiring managers with data-driven insights into candidate drives and needs. This allowed for more effective onboarding and development planning. Furthermore, the vendor's Team Discovery® tool was used to create "Being an Epic Team" learning sessions, which fostered deeper team understanding and collaboration. As a result, Sunwing leaders gained valuable evidence to support hiring decisions, reduce unconscious bias, and accelerate new employees' ability to contribute to their teams.
