Predictive Success implemented a solution where the PI® tools were integrated into the recruiting process, providing hiring managers with data-driven insights into candidate drives and needs. This allowed for more effective onboarding and development planning. Furthermore, the vendor's Team Discovery® tool was used to create "Being an Epic Team" learning sessions, which fostered deeper team understanding and collaboration.
