MAPSWS, also known as MAP Strategic Workforce Services, is a non-profit organization dedicated to building inclusive work cultures in New Brunswick's skilled trades sector. The solution involved using The Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment and Relationship Guide, administered by Predictive Success, as core tools for self-discovery workshops and for optimally matching program participants with workplace mentors. This integration enhanced their team building workshops and significantly improved the quality and effectiveness of their mentorship opportunities. The vendor's tools provided a scientifically-backed method to foster long-term growth, with the PI Communication workshop becoming the most highly rated session among participants.
