Case Study: PassportCard achieves consolidated, automated procurement across subsidiaries and global locations with Precoro

A Precoro Case Study

Preview of the PassportCard Case Study

How PassportCard Unified Procurement for Multiple Entities

PassportCard, part of the DavidShield Group, is a global travel and private medical insurance provider operating across Israel, the EU, the US and Australia. Facing fragmented, paper‑based purchasing and a legacy SAP‑integrated procurement tool that was hard to configure, couldn’t add entities easily, lacked flexible approval workflows and weekend support, PassportCard piloted Precoro in 2019 to consolidate and automate procurement across multiple subsidiaries.

Precoro was rolled out from pilot to full group adoption by 2021, delivering configurable multi‑entity approval workflows, PO creation, invoice attachments and robust reporting. The platform now supports 41 users processing an average of 200 POs per month, eliminated cumbersome manual invoice handling, gave finance full visibility to track spend and detect budget deviations in real time, and enabled PassportCard to manage multiple companies and locations from a single system while planning a custom SAP integration via Precoro’s API.
