RMD Kwikform, a global provider of formwork and shoring solutions, faced slow, limited reporting from Dynamics AX BI and SSRS that required IT help and often delivered data after it was needed. Seeking timely, fact-based decision-making, RMD Kwikform engaged PrecisionPoint and implemented PrecisionPoint for Dynamics AX (including XLPublisher Excel add-in) to overcome long report lead times and the inability to self-serve bespoke analyses.

PrecisionPoint installed its software in the UK and enabled fast, self-service interrogation of AX data, delivering a single “version of the truth” and removing reliance on IT for bespoke reports. As a result, RMD Kwikform is rolling PrecisionPoint out to 26 countries, increasing users from 15 to 85, introducing web reporting for 70 users, and credits PrecisionPoint with faster decision-making and helping the company outperform competitors year on year.
