Loxam Group, a heavy equipment rental company, wanted a more professional way to manage work orders after acquiring a business with a troubleshooting unit and moving toward a unified ERP system. The company also needed to improve technician safety and make service reporting more efficient across its operations.

Using Praxedo’s FSM software and APIs, Loxam connected work order management to its ERP and rolled out the mobile app to about 100 technicians and 50 technical managers. Praxedo helped technicians create service reports with photos on-site in real time, sped up report transmission and administrative processing, improved invoicing with precise travel time records, and enforced safety questionnaires before work could start; the initial deployment was completed in just three days.
