Kiloutou, a French equipment‑hire firm with 2,000 staff across 500 agencies, was hampered by paper delivery and return slips and needed to computerize its logistics to boost reliability and responsiveness. To meet these goals it selected Praxedo’s cloud‑based field service / work order management solution and rolled it out on tablets and smartphones.

Praxedo implemented a mobile work‑order system for about 400 drivers, digitizing more than 500,000 equipment movements and automatically associating departure/return photos with orders in Kiloutou’s IT system.
