How Moulinot uses the Praxedo solution to improve traceability of food waste collection

Moulinot, a social‑economy company in France that recycles food waste and collects from more than 550 sites daily, needed to move to paperless processes to meet regulatory traceability and demanding customer reporting requirements across 300+ daily stops. To solve this, Moulinot selected Praxedo’s cloud‑based Field Service Software and Praxedo’s mobile application to support drivers in the field.

Praxedo equipped each truck with a tablet and a customizable mobile app (integrated with RFID readers and scales) so drivers can log weights, bin counts, photos and timestamps directly into the system; data is sent to Moulinot’s information system for automated consolidation, billing and near‑real‑time customer reports. The Praxedo solution eliminated paper work, reduced errors, increased productivity, and significantly improved traceability and billing accuracy—enabling Moulinot to provide detailed, timely reports to customers and meet regulatory requirements.
