How GreenFlex uses Praxedo to optimize its energy maintenance activities

GreenFlex, a European energy and sustainability services firm, needed to digitize and standardize maintenance data collection across thousands of customer sites and many mobile technicians to improve reliability, traceability and integration with its GreenFlex IQ platform — particularly for tightly regulated refrigerant management. To meet this challenge GreenFlex selected Praxedo’s cloud-based field service management solution and mobile application.

Praxedo’s solution was integrated with GreenFlex IQ to enable electronic service reports, paperless workflows, mandatory structured forms and automatic data flow from technicians to the platform. The result was faster data capture and processing, elimination of re‑entry, improved data quality and traceability (including refrigerant handling and CERFA compliance), and a unified view for customers — feeding a platform that manages more than 3 million equipment activities. Praxedo’s flexibility and mobile access delivered measurable time savings and stronger monitoring and reliability for GreenFlex’s energy maintenance operations.
