With Praxedo, Constructel centralized scheduling and work order management for its executives, operations teams, and subcontractors, while more than 1,300 technicians used the mobile app in the field. The company says Praxedo improved traceability, made technicians more independent, and helped streamline billing; it also improved the timeliness of work orders by 12 points and customer satisfaction by 10 points, while making 100% of scheduling and billing paperless.
