Altitude Infra, a market leader in fiber optic network services, was using a shared Excel document, email, and manual double entry to manage work orders and reports. The process was bureaucratic and time-consuming for field technicians, who also lost time on the road finding addresses and organizing routes.
Altitude Infra switched to Praxedo’s cloud-based field service software in 2018, starting with work order reports and gradually expanding its use across requests and service time justification. The result was an extra day, or 8 hours per week, per technician in productivity, along with faster onsite reporting, easier work order tracking, and better interoperability between technicians and teams.
