Activ’screen increases technician productivity

Activ'screen, a France-based provider of point-of-sale digital marketing solutions, was struggling to manage rapidly growing field-service demand—service requests doubled between 2015–2016 and again in 2016–2017—while relying on Google Calendar for technician scheduling and needing to connect field data to its proprietary CRM. To simplify operations, improve preventive-maintenance coordination, and scale its service management, Activ'screen selected Praxedo’s cloud-based field service software.

Praxedo implemented its web interface and mobile app with customizable electronic forms, more than 20 report formats, a “nearby” feature and web-service integration to sync field data with Activ'screen’s CRM. The Praxedo solution standardized reporting, eliminated paper losses, streamlined admin and scheduling, enabled all 15 technicians to work efficiently in the field, and delivered measurable gains—Activ'screen exceeded monthly preventive-maintenance targets by 10% in the first two months of the year.
