Kitopi scales to 57 developers in Poland with Pragmatic Coders

Kitopi, a cloud kitchen startup from the United Arab Emirates, faced the challenge of scaling its tech team to support its hyper-growth and complex software needs. They needed to build a strong IT department to develop the products powering their disruptive kitchen-as-a-service platform. To address this, they partnered with the software vendor Pragmatic Coders.

Pragmatic Coders initially provided experienced software developers to integrate with and scale Kitopi's own development team in Kraków, Poland. Due to the success of this collaboration and the trust built, several contractors were hired full-time by Kitopi. Furthermore, Pragmatic Coders was later entrusted with independent product development responsibilities for one of Kitopi's key software projects, contributing directly to a successful product launch that the internal team continues to build upon.
