They needed to separate their data from Verisk's secure on-premise Data Center instance and migrate to Atlassian Cloud quickly, within a tight budget, and without administrative access to their former parent company's systems. Praecipio successfully executed the migration using Atlassian’s Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA), completing the project within two weeks despite the security constraints. The vendor also consolidated other instances, set up Atlassian Access with SSO, and performed post-migration optimization. As a result, 3E enhanced its operational efficiency, reduced its total cost of ownership, eliminated downtime, and gained a scalable infrastructure to better meet regulatory requirements.
