Fast Pace Urgent Care, led by President Katrina Catto, experienced rapid growth—from a single clinic to 24 locations statewide—and needed an EMR that would let them add sites quickly, see patients efficiently, ensure consistent clinical documentation, and maximize revenue across all locations.
In November 2013 Fast Pace implemented Practice Velocity’s VelociDoc® EMR and PVMS Practice Management with LabCorp integration and dedicated support. The rollout simplified new-clinic expansions, improved documentation and coding, enhanced charge capture and revenue collection, and provided easy reporting for performance monitoring—enabling the practice to open 15 additional clinics in under two years.
