BNSF Railway - Customer Case Study

For more than 150 years, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) has been quietly delivering cars, coal, clothing, games and nearly anything else found in homes and businesses. PCA designed and developed a custom Railway Safety Issue management Smart Client application to capture, track, resolve, and audit ongoing safety issues. The solution includes an employee CRM component, safety issue notification and tracking functions, and an integrated employee training module.
