TIBCO Brings Learning to Life with Powtoon’s Build-Your-Own Characters

TIBCO, a connected intelligence platform and software company, needed a faster way to create engaging, bite-sized training content for a growing remote and hybrid workforce during COVID-19. The team wanted online learning materials that were easy to customize, accessible to employees, and strong enough to hold attention better than static documents.

Using Powtoon’s character builder and customizable video templates, TIBCO created story-based explainer videos and microlearning content for internal processes, remote work guidance, and other training needs. With Powtoon, TIBCO trained more than 1,000 employees and 200 managers and produced 15+ videos, while also improving engagement with high-quality content that was faster to create and more effective than PDFs.
