npower Business Solutions, part of E.ON, is a leading UK industrial and commercial energy solutions provider. When remote work and the integration of the nPower and E.ON businesses changed how employees communicated with customers, the learning and development team needed a better way to deliver refresher training on communication guidelines, tone of voice, and brand consistency while keeping employees engaged.

Using PowToon, npower Business Solutions created scenario-based training videos and standalone learning content, including videos embedded in Storyline packages. PowToon helped speed production with templates, stock footage, and direct voice-over recording, increasing monthly video output from two to ten videos, training 1,500 employees, and replacing 17 annual classroom sessions with a single video in one use case.
