Dun & Bradstreet, the global data and analytics company, needed a better way to train employees on rapidly changing compliance and security standards. Information Security Director Dalia Hamzeh was looking for a simple, cost-effective solution that didn’t require technical or design expertise, and PowToon fit the need.

Using PowToon, Dalia and her team created a series of training videos and built them around a recurring character named Ted. The videos helped employees connect with the content, and Ted became an unofficial mascot across the company—appearing on office stickers, cutouts, awards, and even a Halloween costume—showing how PowToon helped boost training engagement and strengthen company culture.
