CARE International, an international NGO working across East, Central, and Southern Africa, needed a faster, more engaging way to communicate strategy, policies, and timely updates to staff and stakeholders across many countries, languages, and cultures. Instead of relying on long, text-heavy strategy documents, the organization wanted a clearer way to align teams around its regional vision.

PowToon provided its visual communication platform to help CARE International create short videos, presentations, instructional content, and data visualizations. With PowToon, CARE produced 430+ videos and presentations, reached 15 countries, and trained 2K+ field officers, making it easier to share strategy via channels like WhatsApp and improve understanding, awareness, and alignment across the region.
