How DHI built a strong and sustainable L&D program for lasting change

DHI Group partnered with PowerToFly after recognizing that recent world events had increased the need to better support employees and create a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The company wanted help building a robust learning and development program, identifying the right metrics, setting priorities and accountability, and finding ways to measure the broader impact of inclusion efforts.

PowerToFly delivered leadership strategy and consultation services, targeted trainings, and Listening Circle facilitation to help DHI Group embed DEIB into its culture and daily practices. The partnership led to strong employee feedback and measurable gains, including 97.47% of employees understanding the training concepts, 91.12% knowing techniques to improve daily practice, and 98.73% feeling committed to inclusion; DHI also reported a 23-point lift in its annual engagement survey response to feeling of equality.
