The district faced thousands of new‑student forms, hundreds of data elements per student, and additional documents (policies, releases) that were not captured in their Aeries SIS, creating heavy manual data‑entry burdens and data‑accuracy concerns.
PowerSchool Registration delivered a customized, Aeries‑integrated online registration platform with parent self‑service and multilingual support, streamlining in‑office verification and allowing families to complete forms at home. The result: all 8,300 parents use the system annually, new enrollments can be processed in about 10–12 minutes, staff hours spent on manual entry dropped dramatically, data accuracy improved significantly, and district leaders praise the responsive support and rapid addition of language options.
