A PowerSchool Case Study
PowerSchool worked with North Olmsted City School District (OH) when the district discovered in 2013 that its paper-based student intake process was time-consuming and threatened data integrity. Families spent over an hour filling out multiple forms and staff hand-keyed information into the SIS, creating inefficiency and risk across a district of about 4,000 students.
PowerSchool Registration moved the district to a securely hosted, scalable cloud platform, putting most forms online and eliminating routine paper distribution. Administrative tags let staff track required printed emergency forms while sorting new submissions, cutting paperwork, streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and delivering faster, more efficient registration for staff and families.
