Framingham Public Schools (FPS) needed to move away from checkbox evaluations toward fair, meaningful performance reviews but was hampered by manual workflows, limited visibility into evaluation data, and an inability to produce timely insights for leaders. The district sought a way to make evaluations practical, actionable, and transparent rather than just another administrative task.
FPS implemented PowerSchool Unified Talent Perform, using its integrated suite, single sign‑on, and reporting dashboards to streamline processes. The district now has one‑click access to performance data, clearer insight into staff proficiency and gaps, reduced data entry and administrative work, and improved transparency and support across talent management.
