ACS International Schools, which educates about 2,400 students across three Greater London campuses offering IB, AP and American diplomas, faced fragmented technology and labor-intensive processes. A bespoke Filemaker system and multiple disparate platforms created data silos, limited staff access, relied heavily on in-house developers, and hindered consistent reporting and efficient enrolment.

ACS implemented the PowerSchool suite—including PowerSchool SIS, Special Programs, Schoology Learning, Ecollect Forms, and SchoolMessenger—to centralize data, integrate third-party tools, and standardize workflows.
