Caroline County Public Schools in Maryland faced initiative overload, fragmented data, teacher fatigue, and stagnant student performance despite significant investment. With PowerSchool products already in place, the district needed a way to simplify its approach, improve outcomes, and make better use of limited resources.

Working with PowerSchool, CCPS used Performance Matters, Allovue, and on-site/virtual professional development to streamline initiatives from 68 to 38, focus on seven evidence-based practices, and align budgeting and staffing. The results included rising state scores, more students moving from Tier 2 to Tier 1, improved behavior and engagement, hundreds of thousands of dollars saved, and 99% teacher retention.
