How Hamilton Southeastern Schools Uses Naviance CCLR to Guide Postsecondary Pathways

Hamilton Southeastern Schools, a high-performing district serving more than 21,000 students, wanted to help freshmen connect high school learning to future goals and make postsecondary planning more meaningful. To support that effort, the district turned to PowerSchool and its Naviance CCLR platform as part of a new career-focused “Networks” initiative.

PowerSchool helped implement Naviance CCLR in a freshman seminar, providing career exploration tools, assessments, journals, tasks, and hands-on support from Education Impact Consultants to train more than 20 teachers and customize the program. The result was a districtwide pathway experience for nearly 1,800 freshmen each year, with a goal of 100% earning dual credit through Ivy Tech Community College, while also expanding Naviance use into other classes and student planning activities.
