Vornado, a home & garden brand that launches new products seasonally, needed a fast, reliable way to collect authentic reviews to support product launches and retail merchandising. With new SKUs rolling out regularly, the company faced the challenge of generating enough timely, high-quality customer feedback to align with its marketing initiatives.
Beginning in 2015 Vornado partnered with PowerReviews to run seven product-sampling campaigns for new and select catalog items. The campaigns produced a 97% response rate, with sampling reviews averaging 608 characters (44% longer than organic reviews and above Vornado’s overall 421-character average), and 77,712 reviews syndicated to retail partners—driving richer content for launches and better-informed shoppers.
