Shure Incorporated wanted to create a stronger, more well-rounded customer experience by adding the voice of the customer and improving product presentation after a site redesign. To do that, Shure turned to PowerReviews to help increase review collection and expand content coverage across its electronics site.
PowerReviews enabled Shure to tap into customer content at scale, collecting reviews and social images directly from shoppers. Since launching the new site, Shure has gathered more than 700 reviews and over 1,200 social images, and PowerReviews now helps Shure curate and display authentic, shoppable content that matches the brand’s new look and feel.
