St John seamlessly refines their customer engagement process by teaming up with INSIDE

St John Ambulance is a long-established non-profit with more than 135 years of history, and after overhauling its website in 2015 it needed to turn online traffic into revenue through a smoother ecommerce experience. As a self-funded organization, it depended on sales from first aid training and first aid products, so it worked with Powerfront and its INSIDE platform to improve navigation, customer support, and targeted engagement across the site.

Powerfront implemented INSIDE to help St John Ambulance create a more user-friendly online storefront, run promotions and banners, and proactively engage customers with questions, abandoned carts, or checkout issues. The results were strong: chat-driven conversion reached 18%, annual sales grew from $900,000 in 2015 toward an expected $5 million by the end of 2019, and implementation plus training was completed in just three months.
