Noel Leeming, one of New Zealand's largest retailers, sought to increase sales revenue and online conversion rates while reducing cart abandonment. By deploying Powerfront's INSIDE platform, Noel Leeming was able to initiate targeted proactive and reactive chat engagements with online shoppers. This solution led to dramatically higher conversion rates, including a 7.8x higher rate on answered proactive engagements and a 5.5x higher rate on reactive engagements. The platform also significantly enhanced the customer experience, with 89% of chat respondents reporting a positive interaction.
