Power Factors Commissions SCADA and PPC in a 315 MW PV Plant in Argentina

The largest solar plant in South America, located in Argentina, required a grid-compliant SCADA and power plant controller (PPC) solution for its high-altitude 315 MW facility. Power Factors was selected to provide these systems to ensure grid compliance and manage the site's significant scale and complex inverter setup.

Power Factors successfully deployed its SCADA and PPC in a multilevel architecture, which was commissioned remotely. The project passed all grid compliance tests and is expected to generate approximately 660 GWh of clean electricity annually. As a result of this successful partnership, a 200 MW extension for the site has been agreed upon, with Power Factors set to support the future 500 MW complex.
