Azopio, a French software company serving VSEs and SMEs, wanted to automate accounting by collecting invoices and bank transactions automatically, then using them to generate entries and perform bank reconciliation. To do this, it partnered with Powens and used its Bill and Bank products to add invoice aggregation and Open Banking capabilities to its platform.

Powens provided Azopio with automated invoice retrieval from supplier portals and real-time banking transaction aggregation, enabling seamless reconciliation of invoices and bank flows. The result was a more stable platform and a better customer experience, with Azopio processing over 300,000 documents per month, serving more than 2,000 customers, and achieving 70% revenue growth in 2021.
