With 2-click payment, Brightweb boosts e-commerce conversion rates

Brightweb wanted to reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion rates for e-commerce by making checkout faster and more secure. To address this challenge, it launched Stan, a digital payment solution built on Powens’ Pay product, giving shoppers a simpler, card-free payment experience.

Using Powens’ payment initiation technology, Stan lets buyers pay by being redirected to their bank to confirm an account-to-account transfer, without sharing card or personal details. The result was strong early traction: 2,000 users joined during the launch phase in 2022, and more than 400 e-merchants signed up for the waiting list to offer the payment method on their sites.
